Purchase Help
Purchase records are designed to make missing items, restore issues, and App Store receipt checks easier to resolve.
- Open Settings or Shop, then check Purchase History for the item name, quantity, amount, and Support ID.
- Include the Support ID when asking about missing coins, word packs, skins, or restore problems.
- TestFlight purchases may show as successful without charging real money.
- Consumable coin packs are verified through server purchase records and App Store receipt data.
Safety Help
Vesselary is built as a limited-language story game, not a direct chat or dating service.
- Vesselary has no direct messages, comments, followers, user search, or public user profiles.
- Vesselary does not use GPS or CoreLocation. Drift Regions are selected manually.
- Players can report individual lines or full vessels for human moderation review.
- Players can avoid a source so future routing keeps that source away from their current.
